Step by Step Insturction

  • 1Bring the pot and boil the bok choy for 3 mins and filter the water clean.
    • Place the bacon in a large stockpot and cook over medium-high heat until crispy, about 10 minutes. Add the onion and garlic; cook and stir until the onion caramelizes; about 10 minutes. Immediately stir in the cabbage and continue to cook and stir another 10 minutes.

      Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes more.

  • 2Bring the wok, pour the oil and heat the wok with high fire. Add the chopped green onion and minced garlic and stir fry for 1 min.

  • 3Put the boiled bok choy and stir fry in high fire for 3 mins.

Tips & variations
  • Do not to stir fry the vegetable too long because bok choy is easy to over cooked.
  • You can add some chicken essence before dish out.
