Step by Step Insturction

  • 1 Cut the tofu into 1 inch slices and soak in the salt water for 15 mins. Slice the spinach into two half.
    • Place the bacon in a large stockpot and cook over medium-high heat until crispy, about 10 minutes. Add the onion and garlic; cook and stir until the onion caramelizes; about 10 minutes. Immediately stir in the cabbage and continue to cook and stir another 10 minutes.

      Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes more.

  • 2 Bring the pot and boil the tofu for 3 mins and dish out, set aside. Then boil the spanich for 1 min.

  • 4Dish out, dress with the chopped green onion.

Tips & variations
  • Soak the tofu in salt water in advance is to remove the raw bean taste of tofu.
  • Don't boil the spinach for too long, spinach is easy to get old.
