Step by Step method

  • 1 Clean the oyster and put into a container. Add the sweet potato powder, green onion and fish sauce, stir chinese-homecookingll.

  • 3Bring the fry pan, add the oil and heat with medium fire. Add the oyster in to the pan, stir fry for 3 mins and then add the egg liquid.

  • 4 Keep frying till the two sides of the egg liquids turn to golden color. Dish out.

Tips & variations
  • When you fry the egg, control the heat temperature. If it is too high, you may burn the pancake.
